Luxury Transportation Service Contract

Billing:
Billing commences upon vehicle dispatch and concludes upon driver's return. A credit card is required
for reservation; all cards are verified pre-arrival. Additional charges itemized post-service. Payment due

upon receipt; 20% late fee post 3 days.

 

Deposit Policy:
To secure your reservation for a Mercedes Limo Sprinter or any Vehicle, a 30%
a non-refundable deposit of the total service fee is required at the time of booking. Payment via major

credit cards.

 

Payment of Balance:
The balance for your transportation service will be settled post-trip; a 5% fee applies to credit card

payments.

 

Overtime Charges:

Overtime will be billed hourly as per contract rates.

 

Reservations:

Reservations must be made by individuals aged 18 or older.

 

Alcohol/Smoking Policy:
No alcoholic beverages are allowed inside any vehicle for passengers under 21. NO SMOKING or

narcotics; service termination for violations.

 

Cancellation and Alterations:
Cancellation must be communicated to Myuryde at least 48 hours before service to avoid full charge.

Deposits and payments non-refundable, non-transferable.

 

Reservation Changes:

Changes to the reservation must be finalized no later than 48 hours prior to service.

 

Damage and Conduct:

Clients are responsible for any damages; minimum $1,000 charge for infractions.

 

Unusual Cleaning Policy:
If, during or after the transportation service, MyUryde needs to spend extra time and materials cleaning
the vehicle due to the actions of the client, an additional fee may be charged to cover these expenses.
In the event that a passenger gets sick in the vehicle, a $500.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
Please note: At the time of reservation, a refundable $300 incidental fee will be charged. If the vehicle
is returned clean, this fee will be refunded. If cleaning is required, the $300 will go towards the $500

cleaning fee.
