Terms & Conditions
By making your reservation with MyUryde, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All passengers must be 18 years or older unless supervised by an adult.
BILLING
Billing starts when our car is enroute to pick you up and stops when the driver returns from your trip. (garage in/garage out)
A credit card required to make a reservation. All credit cards will be verified for the quoted price, before the vehicle arrives. We accept all major credit cards.
Additional charges, including but not limited to “Additional Wait Time”, "After Hours”, “Overtime”, “Fuel Surcharge", “No Show” and other fees will be itemized on the invoice.
Payments are due on receipt. After 5 days, there will be a 20% late fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel for any reason within 48 hours but outside 24 hours to reservation, MyUryde will charge the credit card provided to us at the time of the original reservation a $200.00 cancellation fee.
If you cancel for any reason within 24 hours of booking, MyUryde will charge the credit card provided to us at the time of the original reservation, the FULL AMOUNT of the booking.
Note: In addition to the above, proms require a $250.00 per vehicle non-refundable deposit. A contract will be sent to you upon receipt of the deposit. Contract must be completed, signed and returned to MyUryde prior to the event date.
GRATUITY FEE
Gratuity fees are not included in any price quotes. However, 20% is recommended.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Rates for special events are not flexible. Minimum time and charge is 10 Hours. Special event rate is 45% over standard rates.
NO SHOW CHARGES
If the client cancels for any reason, the client should IMMEDIATELY contact MyUryde. “No show” charges will apply in the event the client fails to call and notify of cancellation. It is required that a cancellation notice be given a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled pick up. Late cancellations are charged at the minimum hourly rate, for each specific vehicle type. If the reservation(s) is cancelled within the required time parameters, it is the client's responsibility to obtain a cancellation confirmation, given at any time the order is cancelled, in order to avoid additional charges.
SERVICE RATES
Conditions, terms and rates are subject to change without prior notification. Special rates, extended minimums and alternate cancellation policies may apply on special event days (i.e. Prom, F1, New Year, Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day). Tolls and parking charges are additional. Wait time is calculated in 30 minute increments. Gratuity Fee is not included.
RENTAL HIRE RATES & FEES
Rates include all taxes and fees! Rates are for per vehicle. All hourly rentals are flexible with dedicated drivers and unlimited stops, miles and minutes. Hourly prices are good for rentals of 3 to 6 hours or more. We also provide service for less then 2 hours during the week and 3 hours on the weekend. however our minimum charge is for 2 hours rental during the week and 3 hours on the weekend. Gratuity fee is not included.
AIRPORT PICKUP
Luxury Sedan's Passenger Capacity 3 people, Premium SUV's Passenger Capacity 6 people.
Curbside Pick Up – After arriving at the airport, you can call or text, and a driver will pick you up in matter of minutes.
Meet-and-Greet Service – Our driver will meet you with a sign inside the airport, and assist with your luggage.
This service has an additional fee of $40! Parking fees are not included.
ARRIVAL TIME
The time of arrival at Starting Point, Stop-Over Point, Destination, or Return to Point of Origin, CANNOT be guaranteed. Travel speed limits are subscribed by law, and the chauffeur is instructed to travel at all times within the speed limits to ensure safe operation. Road, traffic and weather conditions are beyond the control of MyUryde and NO refunds will be given as a result of late arrivals due to such conditions or other occurrences out of the control.
OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS
MyUryde reserves the right to refuse to transport client(s) under the influence of intoxication or who are likely to become objectionable to other passengers or if the chauffeur feel threatened in any way.
If at any time a passenger becomes combative or abusive toward the driver or another passenger, our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to the offending passenger and ask that person to exit the vehicle.
We reserve the right to call law enforcement if needed.
CONDUCT OF PASSENGERS
Client shall NOT interfere with the chauffeur with the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliances on or pertaining to the vehicle.
DAMAGE POLICY
Transportation services may be terminated with the loss of a refund at any time during the trip if the chauffeur deems it necessary. Causes for termination include but are not limited to: Inappropriate behavior, lewdness, unsafe or disorderly conduct, illegal drug use, abuse of the chauffeur and damage to the vehicle or its contents.
UNUSUAL CLEANING
If during or after the transportation service MyUryde is required to expend a greater than normal amount of time and material to clean the vehicle, to the acts of the client, MyUryde at it’s option may charge the client additional fee to cover such additional time and materials. If a passenger gets sick in the vehicle, a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking of ANY type ( pipe, cigarette, cigar, etc.) is strictly prohibited in ALL vehicle’s at ALL times.
VIDEO RECORDING
For your safety, our driver's safety and insurance requirements, all rides are recorded. The cameras cannot be turned off.
